An easy chocolate ganache recipe for baking. Using a double-boiler heat up ½ lb of heavy cream. Once the cream is almost at a boil add ½ lb of 61% chocolate wafers and remove from heat immediately. Stir in chocolate just until melted. Once the chocolate ganache is just slightly cooled down you can pour it over your favorite desserts – then enjoy!
