Potion No. 9 is our chocolate sauce, hand-made in small batches from Cathy's recipe using premier ingredients, including Guittard cocoa, cultured butter from Hope Creamery and fresh cream from Pride of Main Street Dairy in Sauk Centre, Minnesota.
We put Potion No. 9 on our ice cream, of course, and also use it in place of icing, glaze or filling in baked goods, drop a dollop into coffee, and eat it right off the spoon like a lollipop. It is exquisite.
